Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of mobile applications published by VoroForge and this website (collectively, the “Services”). By downloading, installing, or using our apps, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be old enough under the laws of your country to use the Services, or have permission from a parent or guardian where required. Some apps may have additional age requirements stated in their Google Play listing.

2. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps for your own lawful purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable Google Play terms and policies.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where the law allows
• Copy, modify, or redistribute the apps or website content without permission
• Use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services or related systems

3. Your content

Some apps may let you create content locally on your device, such as notes, lists, or other user data. You retain ownership of that content and are responsible for it. Content remains on your device unless the app listing or Privacy Policy says otherwise, and may be lost if you delete the app, clear app data, or lose access to your device.

You are responsible for maintaining backups of important content. We are not responsible for loss of notes, lists, or other data stored locally on your device.

4. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. By using the Services, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

5. Disclaimer

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.

Our apps are general-purpose tools unless stated otherwise. They are not professional advice (legal, medical, financial, or otherwise).

6. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOROFORGE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE RELEVANT APP IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR USD $50 IF YOU PAID NOTHING, WHICHEVER IS GREATER, UNLESS A HIGHER MINIMUM IS REQUIRED BY LAW.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue an app. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services at any time. We may remotely modify configuration settings or feature availability without updating the app itself. Sections that by nature should survive (disclaimers, liability limits, governing law) will survive termination.

8. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

If you are a consumer in the EU, UK, Poland, or another country with mandatory consumer protections, you also benefit from any rights that cannot be waived under the laws of your country of habitual residence. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

EU consumers may use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in alternative dispute resolution before a consumer arbitration board, but we will consider good-faith efforts to resolve complaints sent as described in section 9.

Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, courts in Poland shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms. Consumers in the EU/UK may also bring proceedings in the courts of their country of residence where permitted by law.

9. Who we are

The Services are provided by VoroForge, an independent software developer established in Poland.

10. Updates and changes

We may update apps or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
