Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy describes how VoroForge (“we”, “us”, or “our”) handles information when you use our mobile applications and this website (collectively, the “Services”). Our Terms of Service govern your use of the Services.
1. Overview
Our current Android apps do not require user accounts and are designed to keep your content on your device. We do not sell personal information.
We may process:
- Data stored on your device - content, settings, reminders, and preferences created within an app and stored locally.
- Support emails - only if you contact us directly for support.
- Diagnostic data - Google Play crash reports used to identify and fix application failures.
2. Website and Google Play
This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Apps are distributed through Google Play, which may process limited data about downloads and the store under its own policies. Google Play crash reporting may send Google crash and limited device data to diagnose failures, under Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy).
Some apps may download remote configuration data (such as a JSON configuration file) from VoroForge servers to enable features, check app compatibility, or support app functionality. These requests may expose standard technical connection data such as IP address, device type, or system information as part of normal hosting and CDN operation. VoroForge does not use this technical connection data to identify individual users. Such information is processed only as part of normal hosting, content delivery, security, and application compatibility operations.

VaultNote
Private notes and checklist app on Google Play. You can protect notes with a PIN (private or secure notes in the app, and hidden notes not shown on the main list). Notes, lists, reminder settings, and preferences stay on your device. We cannot read your note content.

Current version
Uses Google Play crash reporting (crash and limited device data). No in-app purchases, cloud backup, usage analytics, or Firebase. Reminders use local Android notifications only. Note data remains until you delete it or uninstall the app.
4. Legal basis and data retention
Where GDPR or similar laws apply, we process personal information only as necessary to provide and secure the Services.
This website uses Cloudflare infrastructure, which may temporarily process technical connection data (such as IP address, browser information, device type, and security logs) for content delivery, security, and performance purposes. VoroForge does not use this information to identify individual users.
- Support emails - processed to respond to messages and provide support (legitimate interest).
- Crash reports - processed to maintain app security, stability, and reliability (legitimate interest).
- Local app data - stored only on the user’s device and not accessible to VoroForge.
Support emails may be retained for up to 24 months after a support request is resolved. Crash report data is retained according to Google Play settings and policies. Local app data remains on the device until deleted by the user or until the app is uninstalled.

5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding personal information. To exercise them, use the contact details in section 6. We generally respond within one month for GDPR requests.
When an app keeps content only on your device, many rights are exercised by deleting the app or its data.
You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, including:

Our Services are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect children’s data through our apps.
