Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of mobile applications published under the VoroForge developer name and our website at voroforge.pages.dev (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Eligibility
You may use the Services only if permitted by the laws that apply to you. Our Services are not directed at children under 13 or any higher minimum age required by applicable law. Where parental or guardian permission is required by law, the Services may only be used with that permission. Some apps may have additional age requirements stated in their Google Play listing.
2. License
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps for your own lawful purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable Google Play terms and policies.
You may not:
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where permitted by law;
- copy, modify, or redistribute the apps or website content without permission;
- use the Services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes; or
- interfere with or disrupt the Services or related systems.
3. Your content
Some apps may allow you to create content locally on your device, such as notes, lists, reminders, or other user data. You retain ownership of content you create. Unless the relevant app listing or our Privacy Policy states otherwise, locally created content remains on your device and is not accessible to us.
Local content may be lost if you delete the app, clear its data, reset or lose your device, or experience a device or storage failure. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important content. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for loss of content stored only on your device where that content has never been stored by us.
Details about information processed in connection with each app are provided in our Privacy Policy.
4. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled in connection with the Services and describes our privacy practices.
5. Disclaimer
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we make no guarantees or warranties regarding the availability, reliability, accuracy, security, or performance of the Services.
We do not guarantee that the Services will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every device, operating system, or future software version.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, our apps are general-purpose tools and do not constitute legal, medical, financial, educational, or other professional advice.
Nothing in this section excludes warranties, guarantees, or other rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, business opportunities, or goodwill arising from or relating to the use of the Services.
Any limitation of liability in these Terms applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so is prohibited by law, particularly where it would violate mandatory consumer rights.
7. Changes, suspension, and termination
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may update, modify, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features or Services for legitimate technical, security, legal, operational, product development, or business reasons. This may include changes to features, compatibility requirements, free or premium features, or the availability of particular features. Where a change materially affects users and applicable law requires notice or provides users with specific rights or remedies, we will comply with those requirements.
Some configuration settings or feature availability may be changed remotely without requiring a new app version, for example for security, compatibility, testing, maintenance, feature management, or operational purposes.
We may suspend or restrict access to the Services where necessary to address misuse, security risks, legal requirements, or a violation of these Terms.
We may discontinue an app or Service. Where applicable law requires advance notice, refunds, continued access, or other remedies in connection with discontinuation, we will comply with those requirements and provide the applicable remedies.
Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including disclaimers, limitations of liability, and governing law provisions, will survive termination.
8. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, subject to any mandatory protections under applicable law.
If you are a consumer, you retain any mandatory rights granted to you under the consumer-protection laws of your country of habitual residence. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes those rights.
Disputes relating to these Terms will be brought before the courts with jurisdiction under applicable law. Unless mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules require otherwise, the courts in Poland will have jurisdiction.

10. Updates and changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on our website with a revised “Last updated” date. Where required by applicable law, we will provide additional notice of material changes before they take effect. Changes will apply prospectively. Nothing in an updated version of these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived or restricted under applicable law.
